Hi, I'm Roj. I'm a tinkerer living in Austin, Texas. I've been building products and companies for over 20 years. This is where I write about tech, software, and whatever else seems worth putting down.
Currently building
• MomentScience — Monetizing key moments
• Appizer — AI-powered analytics and engagement for apps & websites
• Multify — A subscription management tool for businesses to manage recurring expenses better
• Pointcoin — Rewards in your browser and on-the-go
• Dose — A period tracker with rewards
• Winzos — A contests platform for creators and online stores to generate revenue from their audience/customers
• a few other things…
A long time ago, I ran a PostgreSQL web hosting company (and was very bad at it).
This site is powered by EmDash on a VPS at OVHcloud.
How I write here
Many of the posts are AI-written, but not for any other reason than that I want to get pen to paper as fast as possible from concept outlines. I proofread everything. I have given up on treating em dashes as dead giveaways, and because it turns out they are useful — just hard to find on a keyboard. I try to carry my voice through the posts, and I apologize in advance for any slop you may encounter. Hopefully there is more signal than noise.
No posting schedule, no newsletter funnel. Just things I wanted to write down.
